The political crisis in north africa

I wonder aloud when I hear the word about the revolution in north africa and I feel that the word revolution is not appropriate to describe the political situation. For me, the events of the last three months in Tunisia were similar to the crisis that brought back general de gaulle to power in 1958. Because for the moments there are no bold and audacious reforms comparable to the bill of rights 1688 or some of the acts of the french revolution.
As for morocco, we have to watch the situation for another six months to find out, whether the consequences of the demonstrations will be equal to the power struggle between the parliament and the monarchy in britain that culminated in the act of 1215 or magna carta.
